Telehealth Administration skill set

About this course

This skill set will give you the knowledge and skills to work in telehealth in the health or community services sector. You will learn how to work with health professionals and other service providers to help clients to access services using telehealth.

Some of the skills you will learn in the training include:

• how to use and maintain telehealth technology
• the importance of client confidentiality
• telehealth policies, procedures, protocols and ethics
• working respectfully with people from diverse social and cultural groups.

Completion of this skill set will give you credit towards some courses in the Health and Community Services Training Packages.
