About this course
Do you want to help clients with complex and diverse needs? This course is for health and community services practitioners who want to work with carers and families in challenging situations.
This course will cover the following core skills:
- advanced client assessments
- case management
- domestic and family violence management
- relationship building
- on-the-job coaching
- ethics.
On completion of this training, you will be qualified for diverse roles including:
- case manager
- family support worker
- domestic and family violence worker
- immigration support and resettlement worker
- NDIS case manager
- community and personal service worker.
Entry requirements for this course include a minimum three-year tertiary qualification or equivalent in an associated field.
