About this course

If you’d like to become an enrolled nurse, this hands-on course will give you the skills and knowledge you need. 

In the training, you will get to experience a range of health care settings. You’ll learn how to assess and care for people who are at different stages of life with various health care needs. 

On completing the course, you’ll have the skills to work as an enrolled nurse in a hospital or community setting. Possible employment opportunities could include: 

  • acute and sub-acute care 
  • mental health 
  • aged care 
  • palliative care
  • rehabilitation. 

You’ll also gain credit towards the Bachelor of Nursing qualification. 

This qualification is recognised nationally under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF).
