About this course
Do you want to master a skill and join an in-demand profession? This course will give you the essential skills and knowledge to work as a qualified wall and floor tiling tradesperson.
This course includes a mix of theory and practical activities. You will learn how to:
- handle wall and floor tiles safely
- use tiling tools and equipment
- prepare surfaces
- install floor and wall tiles
- install decorative and mosaic tiling
- apply waterproofing
- work safely at heights.
Graduates can build a career in the wall and floor tiling industry.
You can also choose to undertake further study including:
- Certificate III in Construction Waterproofing
- Certificate IV in Building and Construction
- Diploma of Building and Construction (Building).
