Supply chain and logistics workers play an important role in keeping Australia running. This course will prepare you to take advantage of the high demand for staff in the sector.

This course will teach you the basics of supply chain operations. It also allows you to specialise in logistics or warehousing operations. 

Core skills in the course include transport safety and safe manual handling methods.

A range of electives allow you to develop specialist skills, including:

• inventory systems administration
• forklift licensing 
• storage facility monitoring 
• using specialised transfer equipment
• processing customer complaints.

Note that the availability of electives may vary depending on your selected training provider.

On completion of the course, possible roles include: 

• logistics operator
• rail terminal operator
• supply chain administration operator or officer
• warehouse operator.
