This training is suitable for school-aged students and those with a limited range of hospitality skills.
You will learn how to:

- prepare and serve espresso coffee
- practice food safety
- process sales and other financial transactions
- keep your workspace hygienic
- participate in safe work practices.
This course includes a mix of theory and practical learning to simulate a real-life hospitality environment.
After completing this training you could work as a:
- bar attendant
- café attendant
- catering assistant
- food and beverage attendant
- front office assistant
- porter room attendant.
This course can be used as a pathway for further study into the Certificate III in Hospitality.
