About this course
If you work with agricultural chemicals, this skill set will give you a mix of hands-on training and theory in chemical use, storage and handling. You’ll learn to safely transport, store, prepare and apply chemicals to control pests, weeds and diseases.
On completing this skill set you will be able to apply for the Victorian Agricultural Chemical Users Permit (ACUP).
This skill set is also recognised for AusChem Victoria certification, and gives you the training required for many Industry Quality Assurance Programs.
Completion of this skill set will provide credit towards some certificate level qualifications in the areas of horticulture and agriculture.
This skill set is nationally recognised.
