About the provider ratings

The provider ratings data was collected through the Department of Education and Training’s 2015 Student Satisfaction Survey. In 2014, over 220,000 students enrolled in a Victorian Government subsidised vocational training course were invited to participate. Over 31,000 students responded to the survey.
