Work at home

All staff of a Learn Local organisation that is currently in receipt of ACFE Board funding and registered with the ACFE Board Microsoft Agreement (the Agreement) is entitled to install 'Work at home' software on a home computer. A staff member may purchase and install a single copy of available products onto one home computer that is used for work related purposes. Currently the following software is available for work at home purposes under the Agreement:
  • Microsoft Office Enterprise 2010 and 2007 Edition. It includes versions of Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Outlook, One Note and Groove. NB: Previous versions are no longer available.
  • Windows 7 Ultimate
  • Windows Vista Business This is the only version of Vista available in Work at Home packs.
  • Office MAC 2008.
The above software is available from the Large Account Reseller website.

Staff must not install ACFE-owned media on home computers.

Staff using ‘Work at home’ software must also complete a Microsoft 'Work at home' acceptance form (DOC 39 KB). One copy of this form should be retained by the user and another copy retained within the user’s workplace.

'Work at home' software must be removed from the home computer if the staff member ceases to be employed by the Learn Local organisation, the computer is disposed of, or the Learn Local organisation ceases to be in receipt of ACFE Board funding.
