Delivery plans

Learn Local organisations develop delivery plans detailing the pre-accredited courses they propose to deliver for the next contractual period, the target learner population and the location of delivery.

Variations to the delivery plan

Learn Local organisations proposing to vary the delivery of programs from the contractually agreed delivery plan must negotiate the variation and obtain prior approval from their relevant Adult, Community and Further Education (ACFE) regional office.

Regional Council monitoring role

Eight Regional Councils monitor progress against the contracted delivery (SCH) targets on behalf of the ACFE Board, including comparing the Learn Local organisation's approved delivery plan(s) and the actual reported delivery.

Delivery plan templates

Organisations must use the pre-accredited delivery plan template to identify the programs to be purchased by the ACFE Board. Pre-accredited delivery plan template (XLS, 704 KB)

Guidelines for the use of the delivery plan template can be obtained by contacting your regional office.

Submitting delivery plans

Delivery plans from part of the activity schedules appended to the agreement between the ACFE Board and Learn Local organisations Purchasing and Performance agreement. The plans are to be submitted to your ACFE regional office.

More information about the ACFE Board’s resource allocation principles are available from ACFE regional offices.
