How to Supervise

Supervision is a key element of the training contract between an employer and apprentice or trainee and is extremely important in enabling the apprentice or trainee to become competent in all areas of their workplace based training.

To assist you to provide supervision arrangements that are not only sufficient for your apprentice or trainee at any particular time but that also meet legislative requirements, we have produced a helpful guide called A Guide to the Supervision of Apprentices and Trainees.
