Australian Council for Private Education and Training (ACPET)
ACPET is the Australian Council for Private Education and Training - the national industry association for independent providers of post-compulsory education and training, for Australian and international students, including:

Department of Justice – Koori Justice Unit
Established in 1999, the Koori Justice Unit sits within the Community Operations and Strategy division of the Department of Justice leading and coordinating the development and delivery of the Victorian Aboriginal Justice Agreement (AJA), a partnership between the Victorian Government and the Koori community.
The Koori Justice Unit works closely with other AJA-related business units within the department to promote the participation and partnership of both the Koori community and Victorian Government in developing and delivering policies, programs and initiatives that address the over-representation of Koories in the criminal justice system.
The work of the Koori Justice Unit is divided into several streams of operation, including community programs, policy coordination, Koori recruitment and career development, community development, and monitoring and reporting.

The TAFE Development Centre
The TAFE Development Centre Ltd (TDC) provides a range of continuing professional development programs and services to VET practitioners, leaders and specialist staff within Victoria including TAFE Institutes, VET in Schools, Private RTOs, the ACE sector, Enterprise RTOs and Community Providers.
