- All Victorian representatives for the Australian Training Awards will be required to attend a briefing session in Melbourne in September 2011 to prepare for the Awards. Further details for all finalists will be provided after the Victorian Training Awards.
- By applying, all applicants to the Victorian Training Awards agree that all non-confidential details from their nominations, photographs and recordings can be used online, in any broadcast and print media and in a range of publicity and promotional materials by the Victorian Government.
