  • Can the outcomes of the collaboration be replicated or modelled for other industries?

3. Why the collaboration is effective and what impact does it have on the enterprise and its employees?

Consider:

  • How has the outcome of the collaboration led to improvements in industry e.g. productivity, sustainability, etc.

  • Provide clear data to explain outcomes
  • Clear evidence that e-learning has been embedded within the collaboration’s business strategy and forms an integral part of the service delivery

Consider:

  • Detail strategies underway to foster new partnerships and strengthen existing partnerships, including their impact or level of success.
  • Provide evidence of recognition or acknowledgement by those involved.
  • Detail systems and processes for continuous improvement, including evaluation and review.
