Ministerial Directions from 1 July 2009

A new set of Ministerial Directions about Fees has been issued, to apply to all enrolments from 1 July 2009.

To implement the new fees schedules, providers need to refer to a list of course categories and the confirmed fees for July-December 2009 and for 2010.  These were provided as Attachments 2 and 3 to an Executive Memorandum:

The 2009 Directions incorporate directions about fee maintenance – maintaining the existing fee schedule for students who were already enrolled and had commenced their training before 1 July 2009.  These special arrangements were announced by Executive Memorandum in early 2009.
